Trend research in the collective sub-conscious

Values such as autonomy or solidarity are part of our everyday orientation. Their significance for the marketing of products and brands cannot be stressed too much, since values are nothing less than elementary links between individual and their social environment. 

Prevailing values are, however, undergoing a perpetual process of change. The question as to what value scenarios to expect in the future is therefore one of strategic relevance for marketing. With their Delphi study on changing values in Germany, market researchers from the GIM have picked up this track.
